Remove Your Data

Controller: MB Firmavis · company code 307941710

Use this form to ask us to remove your business contact details from the Firmavis database. We handle every confirmed request without undue delay and at the latest within one month, as required by Article 12(3) GDPR — typically within 2 business days. In exceptional cases we may extend this by up to two further months and will tell you if we do.

This form removes the specific email addresses and phone numbers you submit below. We cannot remove an entire company or domain on a single persons request where the records relate to other people. If you are a sole trader or self-employed professional and the company record is therefore about you personally, you may ask us to remove or suppress the whole record: write to [email protected] and we will assess your request under Articles 17 and 21 GDPR on the same no-justification basis.

What happens next

  • If you provide an email address, we send a confirmation link to that inbox. This verifies the request genuinely comes from you — clicking a link from the inbox is the most reliable way for us to verify a request about that address.
  • Once you confirm, we add the identifier to a suppression list. Email addresses are checked against this list automatically on every database rebuild; phone numbers are removed by our team and re-checked against future updates. We process the removal without undue delay and at the latest within one month.
  • We then confirm the outcome by email. To protect everyones privacy, the acknowledgment we send before verification neither confirms nor denies whether a particular identifier was in our database — this protects you against other people using this form to probe whether an address or number is listed. It does not limit your own rights: if you make a verified access request under Article 15 GDPR ([email protected]), we will confirm whether we process personal data about you and provide the information Article 15 requires, including any available information about the specific source of your record.

If you can only give a phone number, submit the form without an email address and our team will follow up manually to complete the request. If you cannot use the email route at all — for example the mailbox belongs to a former employer, or you are acting as someones authorised representative — write to [email protected]: we will ask only for the proportionate additional information needed to confirm your identity or authority (Article 12(6) GDPR), never more. The same address handles any other request or GDPR right.

How we handle the data in this request

The details you submit through this form are processed by the controller identified below solely to verify and fulfil your request and to demonstrate that it was handled (Articles 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). The confirmation email is delivered by our transactional email provider (listed on our Sub-processors page) without open- or click-tracking. We keep the request correspondence for 3 years from closure; a suppressed identifier itself is kept indefinitely as a one-way hash so that it is not re-added (see the Privacy Policy, §10). Your other GDPR rights, including access and complaint, are described in the Privacy Policy.
