Changelog
Firmavis is live
Firmavis opens to the public: search, filter and explore European companies, and reveal business contacts with a free account.
Update your company’s contact details
Companies can ask to update the contact details on their profile. Every request is reviewed by our team.
Data freshness per country
The Data Coverage page now shows when each country’s data was last updated, so you always know how current a market is.
One legal-form filter for every country
Every country’s legal forms are mapped into 13 cross-country families. Pick one — say, “Limited liability company” — and Firmavis selects each market’s equivalent (UAB, SIA, OÜ, ApS, Sp. z o.o., s.r.o., BV…) in a single click.
Company summaries
Company pages open with a short, fact-based summary of who the company is and, where figures exist, how its finances are trending.
Financial history & highlights
Where a company has more than one year of figures, its page charts revenue, profit and headcount over time, with highlights such as growth streaks and years in business.
Self-serve data removal
Anyone can ask for their details to be removed through an online form. Every request is reviewed by our team.
Saved lists & saved searches
On Professional and Business, save companies into lists and re-run your searches in one click from your dashboard.
Browse by city & industry
Alongside the industry pages, cities now have their own pages, plus a page for each industry within a city — ready-made starting points for local prospecting.
Richer Polish profiles
Many more Polish companies now carry financials, contact details and websites.
Company search & profiles
Search and filter companies across every market we cover, and open a full profile for each one.
Faster search
Company suggestions as you type, removable filter chips, columns you choose, and selections that carry across pages.
Contact reveal with email status
Reveal a company’s emails and phone numbers in one click. Each email shows a validation label where one is available, and revisiting a company you’ve revealed is always free.
CSV & Excel export
Export any selection to CSV or Excel. Companies you’ve already revealed aren’t charged again.
Denmark, Sweden & Norway added
Company data and contacts for Denmark, Sweden and Norway, with key financial figures where companies file them.
Netherlands & Ukraine added
Two more markets join the database: the Netherlands and Ukraine.
The Baltics & Czechia added
Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia — all three Baltic states — plus Czechia join the database.
Standardised industry codes (NACE Rev. 2.1)
Companies are classified using the latest EU NACE Rev. 2.1 standard, so you can filter by industry consistently across every country.
Structured address data
Free-text addresses are parsed into clean street, city, and postal-code fields for accurate geographic filtering.
Cleaner business contacts
Personal mailboxes are filtered out automatically, so your outreach reaches real company contacts — not someone’s private inbox.
Financials in EUR
Financial figures are standardised to exact EUR and organised per company, per year.
Poland & Belgium added
Two major markets added, each with company profiles and contact data.
First market — Finland
Finland becomes our first market, built the way every country now is: records merged and de-duplicated from multiple public sources, then scored for completeness so the best data surfaces first.
Standardised phone numbers
Phone numbers are normalised to a clean, consistent international format across every country.
Website enrichment
Company records are enriched with contact details published on each company’s own website.
Smart contact prioritisation
When a company has several phones or emails, the most relevant primary contact is surfaced automatically.
Verified email addresses
Every email is checked for deliverability before it’s published.
