One credit reveals the email addresses and phone numbers we hold for one company, all at once, or pays for that company’s first export — an exported company costs one credit even if its row has no email or phone. You pay once per company regardless of how many people work there, and a company you have already unlocked is free to revisit or export again.

No. Credits do not expire with time. Unused balances roll over indefinitely. If you turn off renewal, your credits stay spendable until the paid period ends; then they are frozen, not deleted, and restored in full the moment you resubscribe to any paid tier, however long that takes. An active plan is needed only to spend them — while a renewal payment is outstanding or a payment dispute is open, they are frozen too. Refunds, upgrades (the unused credits of the current month are replaced by the new plan’s allowance), account deletion, a chargeback decided against us and termination for breach are the exceptions — see §4 of the Terms and the Refund Policy.

A revealed company stays on your account for as long as you keep your account and we operate the service — revisiting it is always free and never costs another credit, and you see its current details for as long as the company remains in our database (records can be removed, for example after a GDPR removal request). This applies to Free reveals too, and it survives cancellation of a paid plan.

Yes. Plan changes are made on your billing page under “Change plan”. No change is possible while your plan is on hold, and an upgrade also waits while a renewal payment is being processed. An upgrade takes effect as soon as you pay: the unused part of your current month’s plan credits comes off the price of the higher plan, your new month starts that day with its full credit allowance, and credits from earlier months and add-on packs stay. The price with VAT is shown before you pay, and an upgrade ends the 14-day money-back guarantee. A move to a lower plan is booked for your next renewal: nothing is charged now, you keep your current plan until then, and you can undo the booking before it starts; a plan that is set to end must be resumed first. To cancel, use “Manage payment & invoices” on the same page: your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.

Payments are processed by Stripe: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Card details are never stored on our servers.

Prices are shown excluding VAT, and what you pay depends on where your business is established. Customers in Lithuania pay Lithuanian VAT at 21%. A business elsewhere in the EU that gives a valid VAT number at checkout is invoiced under the reverse charge — we add no VAT and you account for it in your own country; if you give no VAT number, VAT is added at the applicable rate. The number is checked against the EU’s VIES system after checkout; if it turns out not to be valid, we remove it and later invoices include VAT. Businesses outside the EU are not charged Lithuanian VAT. Any VAT and the total are shown before you confirm payment. The full clause is §3 of our Terms.

Yes. Our 14-day guarantee covers the first payment for your first paid subscription. Email [email protected] by the end of the 14th day after the payment (Lithuanian time) and we refund that payment less the value of the subscription credits you used until the refund is processed, calculated at the original purchase price. Renewals and later subscriptions are outside this guarantee, an upgrade to a higher plan ends it, and unused add-on packs have a separate refund window. Add-ons are one-time credit packs you buy on your billing page on top of an active paid plan, at your plan’s rate. The price per credit drops as you upgrade — Starter €0.025/credit, Professional €0.012, Business €0.006. Add-on credits never expire either; they are used after your plan’s credits, and an entirely unused pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. These rates exclude VAT.
